Interior renovation and improvements to four floors, to include new offices, conference rooms, specialized TV production room, library, accessible restrooms, customer interface area, break areas, storage spaces, and required security work. Creative space planning allowed a significant increase in capacity of workstations within the existing floor plan. In consideration of current design trends, space planning was designed to accommodate new technologies and the changing culture of employees due to influences of the age generations now in the work place.


These spaces were occupied during design and construction, and required careful coordination and scheduling. R/DA’s scope of services also included permitting with the City of Raleigh thru Express Review process for over 27,000s.f.
