As part of a major revitalization effort for the Five Points neighborhood in downtown Knoxville, R/DA lead the design team that provided 84 multi-family units for Phase 2 of the redevelopment plan. Various 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom unit plans were developed within 10 separate buildings on a 6.35 acre site. The project was designed to meet Enterprise Green Communities and Energy Star 3.0 criteria to be as energy efficient and environmentally friendly as possible.
This project received The Orchids Beautifcation Award in 2019 by the City of Knoxville.
