James. M. Ross, II, AIA

JR’s philosophy: Yes, we can do it. “No” is not in his vocabulary.

JR has been practicing architecture for nearly 30 years with design and construction experience primarily for private development and corporate clients. He has been successful planning and designing with property owners and developers to maximize the development of their properties. The projects he has been involved with have been both new construction and renovations ranging in cost from a few thousand dollars to over sixty million dollars. Development work generally is on tight schedules with short time frames in which to meet all the required agency and zoning reviews. He has been able to accomplish the project goals as evidenced by his many repeat clients. His most unique ability is to work within the regulatory constraints and maintain the client’s schedule.
