Our project in Greensboro, named after the adjacent thoroughfare, Elmsley Drive and just off I-85, is one of several multi-family workforce housing communities currently under construction and scheduled to open this year, 2024. The Lofts at Elmsley Crossing consists of (84) 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments, where all 28 ground floor units are designed as accessible or easily converted to accommodate tenants with physical disabilities. The community provides a picnic shelter, playgrounds, a multi-purpose room, a computer workspace center, and a small library on site for all tenants. We’re excited to be a part of the City of Greensboro and their vision for the future, bringing more affordable housing to this growing region of North Carolina.
